Book an Examination

Before Your Appointment

  • Blood and urine testing, with collection done at your home or workplace
  • Completion of a comprehensive health history, family history, and lifestyle questionnaire

On the Day of Your Appointment

  • Detailed overview of your health history and lifestyle
  • Physical examination
  • Resting ECG
  • Hearing test (audiogram)
  • Basic vision test
  • Pulmonary function test
  • Lengthy conversation with an occupational health physician discussing your medical situation, with ample time for questions and answers

After Your Appointment

  • Given a copy of all of your results
  • Provided a detailed report with physician-analysis of your results and extensive yet realistic follow-up recommendations
  • Opportunity for follow-up appointments with our occupational health physicians

Optional Additional Testing

  • Abdominal Ultrasound
  • Cardiac Calcium Scoring (Coronary Artery Calcium Score)
  • Chest X-Ray
  • Eye Exam with an Optomitrist
  • Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Blood Test
  • Treadmill Stress Test (Exercise ECG)
  • Stool Sample Analysis
